I provide support for families based on their needs and desires at the time, meeting them where they are.

I also provide educational support based on the most current and up to date research.

My virtual birth doula service package includes:

• Monthly video chats until 36 weeks.

• Weekly video chats from 36 weeks until birth.

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support during pregnancy and postpartum.
• Educational support during pregnancy.
• Tips and guidance in learning the tools to utilize while preparing for labor, birth, and postpartum.
• Assistance in creating a personalized birth communication doccument.
• Emotional and informational support during both labor and birth provided via video chat, phone calls and text messaging to help you navigate your birth experience.
• Pointers and coaching for partners on emotional and physical support.
• Weekly video chats for the first 6 weeks postpartum.
• Referrals to local resources and support services.

Fees for Virtual Labor Doula services are $2,850.

Please understand that it is not in my scope of practice to perform clinical procedures or offer prescriptions. I also cannot make decisions for you. I will help you obtain the information you need to make the best decisions for you, and will also remind you if there is a deviation from your birth plan. I will also not speak to the staff instead of you regarding decisions being made. I will discuss your concerns with you and suggest options, however you or your partner will speak on your behalf to the clinical staff.

Virtual support is a wonderful addition to your experience. I offer a free initial consultation to determine if I am the right fit to support you and your family during your postpartum period.

• The experienced, thoughtful and compassionate support you need as a family for those early weeks.
• 1 hour-long video chat before baby arrives to discuss any concerns and preparing your space for baby.

• 3 hour-long video chats each week to discuss a variety of postpartum topics which might include:

• • Breastfeeding/chestfeeding

  • Infant care

  • Reading baby's cues

  • Infant sleep

  • Parent sleep

  • Postpartum healing - tips and tricks

  • Mood and emotion in the postpartum period

  • Navigating family dynamics

  • "Is this normal?" aka all those baby questions that come up

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support during the contracted time.

• Referrals to local resources and support services.

Fees for Virtual Postpartum Doula services are:

• 3 week package $400
• 6 week package $800
• 9 week package $1200
